Welcome to SW Resources, a unique provider of services to the business community through the talents of individuals with disabilities in the Mid-Ohio Valley.
As a non-profit, community based rehabilitation facility, SW Resources provides employment opportunities to 145 client employees with disabilities. Our qualified and dedicated staff provides supervision and support, while the 20 plus member Board of Directors provides hundreds of hours of volunteer time to help guide the organization.
SW Resources ensures quality delivery of a myriad of services that many businesses find tedious or cumbersome to their daily operation. Our client employees are well supervised, trustworthy and committed to their jobs. They take great pride in all that they do and we have the commendations of many prominent businesses and government agencies to prove it!
